Send a brief: Tell me about your business and what you need. I’ll get back to you to talk it through and send an estimated quote.
Agree and pay the deposit: Australian clients: Once we agree on the plan, pay a 20% deposit to the bank account provided. I’ll start work once it’s received.
International clients: Purchase your service order through Gumroad or Etsy, and I’ll start work once it’s confirmed.
Review and refine: You review the work and we sort out any issues together. Usually this takes one or two rounds of revisions within the project scope. Larger changes or additions may incur extra charges.
Final payment and handover: Australian clients: Pay the remaining balance, and I’ll finalise the setup, launch and hand everything over. International clients: I’ll finalise the setup, launch and hand everything over.
